I ordered from gnsbeauty.com the prices were just okay. A few things were a little cheaper than other sites I checked, but not enough to make me feel like I found some amazing deal.

Some products felt overpriced once shipping was added, so I’d definitely compare before checking out. Also, when I had a question, the response felt like one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” apologies, which is always kind of annoying. Not a terrible place to shop, just not the first site I’d go to without looking around.

I mostly shop on gnsbeauty.com because they tend to have the hair products I’m looking for. I don’t remember every single thing I’ve ordered, but the stuff I use regularly is usually easy to find and in stock.

I do vaguely remember a couple items being sold out one time, which was a little annoying. I’d probably give them 5 stars if restocks were quicker or had clearer dates, but overall it’s been a good spot for my usual basics and I’ll keep checking back

the return process was easy overall. it took a little while, but i did get my refund in the end.

The shipping price was fair, lower than I expected, which was a nice surprise. No unnecessary extra charges or anything like that

The texture was mostly like the photos, so I’ll give them credit for that, but it wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting. I kind of blame the listing for making it look softer than it actually feels. It’s still usable, just not exactly what I had in mind. 3 stars from me.
